1.) At your request, as in the case of you requesting repairs. In this case, we do provide your name, contact information and nature of your request or emergency to the appropriate subcontractor/utility company in order to facilitate repairs. If for any reason you are not amenable to this, please understand it will hinder our efforts to facilitate your repair request. You must let us know that it is not okay to relay your information to the appropriate subcontractor/utility company.

2.) In case of emergency. For example, gas leak, water main break, or for safety and protection of others, or the like.

3.) In order to enroll you / your home in a warranty program  such as with Bonded Builders Warranty Group, Climate Masters, Dependable Pest, and the like.

4.) In order to facilitate completion of contract and closing documents, interior/exterior design appointments and choices, and the like.
