Scott Shoemaker
Chief Executive Officer / President / Licensed Residential Builder / Real Estate Broker
Scott is a Licensed Residential Builder with the State Board of Contractors, a Real Estate Broker with the Mississippi Real Estate Commission, Past President of the Home Builders Association of Jackson, Past President of the HBA of Mississippi and Past President of the Ridgeland MS Chamber of Commerce. Throughout his career he has received over 10 Best of Mississippi Awards from the Home Builders Association, most recently in 2022. He is a 2-time Builder for ABC’s TV Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
In 2007 Scott received “Builder of the Year” from Home Builders Association of Jackson and the Home Builders Association of Mississippi. In 2008 he was the recipient of Mississippi Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” award. In 2012 he received the “Top 40 under 40” award from Professional Builder Magazine.
In 2014 he was the recipient of the Ridgeland Chamber of Commerce Economic Development award. Also in 2014, Scott was the builder of the Blair E. Batson Miracle Home.
In 2015 he became a Life Director with the National Association of Home Builders. In 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022, Shoemaker Homes received the Clarion Ledger’s People Choice Award for Best Homebuilder.
Scott currently serves on the Builders and Contractors Association of Mississippi Board of Directors and is the Vice Chairman of the Mississippi State Personnel Board, an appointment made by Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves.
In 2021 Scott was inducted into the Home Builders Association of Mississippi Housing Hall of Fame. Scott and Hollis Shoemaker are the first and only father/ son inductees into the Mississippi Housing Hall of Fame.
Leigh Shoemaker
Chief Financial Officer / Business Manager
Leigh is responsible for handling all aspects of our financial record keeping, including recording financial transactions and managing accounts payable and receivable.
Vince Martello
Chief Operating Officer
Vince is the operations officer for all construction. His oversight of the construction process continues Shoemaker Homes’ commitment to quality, trust and value. Vince is a member of the Home Builders Association of Jackson.
