Punch List Policy

Our Punch List Policy is simple.
1. Move in and get settled into your new home.
2. Spend the next three weeks noting any details that need attention and any spots that need touch up paint.
3. Turn in your punch list three weeks after closing.
4. A representative from Shoemaker Homes will contact you to discuss your punch list and to get our subcontractors scheduled.
